Zero Blind Spots
In Corrections, cameras are life-safety devices. We ensure continuous operational visibility for Officer Safety, Suicide Watch, and PREA compliance.
Duty of Care is Mandatory
Prisons and jails operate under intense legal scrutiny. From the perimeter fence to the solitary confinement cell, a loss of video during an incident isn't just a technical failure—it is a lawsuit waiting to happen. We build resilience that helps facilities maintain visibility during outages, failures, and cyber incidents.
Perimeter security is the first line of defense. Atlas runs on the vehicle’s router and optimizes video transport over cellular as units move through weak or changing coverage. Patrol video remains visible back at Central Control even at the furthest edge of the facility.
In the most sensitive areas, losing live view is unacceptable. SureStream provides a failover playback path that allows staff to view live video directly from cameras within the client, even when VMS services are unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or cyber incidents.
Hardware is vulnerable during unrest. RMF maintains redundant recording paths for critical cameras. If one recording component becomes unavailable due to damage or power loss, operations can continue on the surviving system—reducing the risk of recording gaps caused by recorder downtime during critical incidents.
Investigations depend on reliable evidence. Nidhi protects against recorder failures and disk failures by maintaining a recoverable copy of critical video in secondary storage (cloud or on-prem). When hardware fails, Nidhi enables restore so investigations aren’t blocked by missing footage due to equipment loss.
Standardizing security across a state requires massive migration. XPort automates consolidation by migrating devices, configurations, and roles from disparate sites into a unified State DOC architecture—reducing manual effort and accelerating delivery timelines.
