Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, developer guides, API documentation, and release notes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
- Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding.
- Ensure all documentation follows established standards and guidelines.
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple, clear language.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Word, Confluence, Markdown, and HTML.
- Familiarity with software development processes and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
