Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, developer guides, API documentation, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
  • Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding.
  • Ensure all documentation follows established standards and guidelines.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the technology sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple, clear language.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Word, Confluence, Markdown, and HTML.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
